In his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Kiyosaki explained a key concept of ESBI. As we can see in the above picture, the various characteristics of people in each quadrant. Let’s discuss about the people in each quadrant, and figure out in which quadrant we find ourselves and how can we move to the most desired quadrants. First Quadrant: Employed: In this quadrant we find people who are employees. They always work for others and depend other instruments which take the money from them. Cars and their life is a struggle for survival. They often compare themselves with others who made what and in the process lose the complete picture. They cannot accumulate enough wealth in the process of working for others. Sadly we find many in society including ourselves in this category. Work hard, earn money, give 30% to Govt as tax, another 30% to banks in terms of interest and live a hand to mouth life. Buy more and more liabilities as houses, fear they are driven by insecurity, process upon th

HOW TO BE POSITIVE?

Positivity means thinking in an optimistic way, looking for solutions, expecting good results and success, and focusing and making life happier. It is a happy and worry-free state of mind, which looks at the bright side of life.

Positivity means a positive frame of mind.

       ·     With this frame of mind, you do not take things too personally.

       ·     You enjoy the present moment.

       ·     You do not worry about the future.

       ·     You focus on doing and achieving, not on thinking about the past and about                       difficulties.

       ·     It means a state of being a happy, tolerant and good-natured.

  ·     Being positive does not mean ignoring difficulties and bad experiences. It means acknowledging them, learning from them, doing better, and using the knowledge gained to improve.

  ·     With this state of mind, though you might experience negative emotions and go through unpleasant experiences, you will not lose your spirit or give up.

  ·     It is important that you strive to experience more positive than negative thoughts and emotions. The ratio should be in favor of positivity, not negativity.

  ·     Life is such that we often hear negative stories and negative news. If we let them seep into our conscious mind and into our subconscious mind, we are allowing negativity to rule our life. This happens often, because of the negative information that finds its way into our mind, and which we encounter in daily life, on TV, the newspapers and the Internet. We should resist this negative information and let it take over our mind, feelings and life.

  ·    Negative news sells, and that is why we encounter negative news so often and in so many places. Negative news awakens emotions of anger and fear, which are powerful emotions. If we allow these emotions to arise in us, they soon grow into huge snowballs that affect our life and the life of the people around us.

  ·     Negative thoughts and emotions are contagious. We have to resist them and stay away from them.

  ·     I am not telling you to avoid listening, reading or watching the news. I am telling you to reduce your intake of it and take care that it does not affect your state of mind. You should not let it fill your mind. Instead, fill your mind with positivity, with positive thoughts and positive emotions.

How to Increase Positivity in Your Life

1. Meditate

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and can even improve certain medical conditions.

When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.

The emotional benefits of meditation include:

• Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

• Building skills to manage your stress

• Increasing self-awareness

• Focusing on the present

• Reducing negative emotions

2. Practice mindfulness.

Building awareness of yourself and your surroundings is a brilliant way to raise your positive vibrations. After all, mindfulness can lead us to be more considerate and thoughtful—which will make us more likely to be kind and compassionate to others and ourselves. Don't let life pass you by; become aware.

3. Create a positive environment to live in

The people you spend your time with and the information you let influence your mind will have a huge effect on your attitude and how you think about things.

So choose to:

·        Spend more time with the people who lift you up. And less time – or no time – with people who just bring you down by being negative and critical. Read: You are the Average of the 5 People You Spend the Most Time With

·         Let in the information that supports you. Spend less time on negative and self-esteem damaging media sources and spend more time reading positive and constructive blogs and books, watching motivating movies, listening to inspirational songs, and listening to audio books and podcasts created by optimistic people.

4. Walk in nature.

Get the body moving while you enjoy the benefit of sunshine and fresh air. Turn off your phone, or, even better, leave it at home, and shift your mood by reconnecting with Mother Nature. Bonus points if you do it barefoot.

5. Eat more healthy, sustainable foods.

Whenever you can, try to eat whole, plant-rich ingredients that don't damage the planet (think: no plastic). Most importantly, pay attention to how eating certain foods makes you feel, and don't let your search for positive vibrations swerve into diet mentality. Sometimes that huge bar of chocolate is 100% the highest vibrational choice for you.

6. Do an act of kindness.

Kindness and compassion are super-high vibrational emotions. Just think about how good you feel when you help someone else! Perform a random act of kindness (to a friend or a stranger) and you'll quickly find that it raises your mood. Additionally, when we perform acts of kindness, it makes us think about how lucky we are, which puts us in a higher energetic state.

 7. Practice gratitude.

As with kindness, practicing gratitude instantly puts us into a higher vibrational state. Rather than focusing on what you don't have, make a list of all the many things you can be thankful for in your life. I always practice this before I fall asleep, making a mental list of the people and circumstances I feel grateful for. It means I end the day on a positive note, which also helps me drift off more easily.

 8. Dance it out.

Dancing helps us express emotions, and it can also distract us from any negative thought patterns. Go to a dance class, or move around to an upbeat tune and feel the energy move through you.

 9. Think positive thoughts.

Our thoughts affect how we feel, and often a situation or event is not a stressful as we make it out to be in our heads. If your thoughts are overly pessimistic or anxious, you may find that you are drawn to situations that perpetuate these feelings. There's some truth to the idea that our thoughts create our reality. Don't shun difficult emotions, but don't overindulge negative low-vibrational thoughts either.

 10. Focus on solutions

A sure way to feel more negative about a situation is to sit around and do nothing about it. Instead, use the questions I shared in step one and open up your mind to the possibilities of the situation you are in

 11. Finally, a reminder to help you to not give up

I would like to end this article with a simple but powerful and timeless thought that comforted and encouraged me to continue on when things looked bleak.

That thought is: It is always darkest before the dawn
