In his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Kiyosaki explained a key concept of ESBI. As we can see in the above picture, the various characteristics of people in each quadrant. Let’s discuss about the people in each quadrant, and figure out in which quadrant we find ourselves and how can we move to the most desired quadrants. First Quadrant: Employed: In this quadrant we find people who are employees. They always work for others and depend other instruments which take the money from them. Cars and their life is a struggle for survival. They often compare themselves with others who made what and in the process lose the complete picture. They cannot accumulate enough wealth in the process of working for others. Sadly we find many in society including ourselves in this category. Work hard, earn money, give 30% to Govt as tax, another 30% to banks in terms of interest and live a hand to mouth life. Buy more and more liabilities as houses, fear they are driven by insecurity, process upo...

HOW TRAVEL GIVES YOU GOOD MENTAL HEALTH?

Traveling is something really unique, and there are only so many things we can learn in a school environment. Travel really can’t be taught; you can learn about other cultures, but you can’t be fully taught unless you experience it. Scientifically, it is shown that traveling also gains you more confidence and a great way to develop cultural sensitivity.
To me, traveling is something that absolutely blows my mind. Seeing something that you have never seen before, being places that people live everyday and forget the beauty of their home and become absolutely in awe of the surroundings, and knowing that sometimes places are so different from where you’re familiar.
The best thing I can advise is travel to things you have yet to experience. If you’ve been somewhere before by yourself, take a friend, and have them take in what you have seen. It’s so important to travel by yourself and with others, each time it will be a different experience. That’s the beauty of travel, is that you can always have a new time when you go to the same place. You can take advantage of the food they offer at the places you travel. If you go to the same location all the time, you can always find new spots to have a bite and you will get a whole knew idea of that area.

1. It’s a great stress buster: "The stress of work and daily demands can distract us from what we find to be actually meaningful and interesting, taking a break from the daily hustle and bustle is essential for your mind to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.

2. It helps you reinvent yourself. Writer Patrick Rothfuss said, " A long stretch of road can teach you more about yourself than a hundred years of quiet ." Experiential traveling, particularly to a foreign country, can help you re-evaluate and reinvent your life. “If you allow it, travel has the ability to expand your mind in a way you never realized was possible,”

3. It boosts happiness and satisfaction. Apart from the obvious fact that you don't have to go to work (and can legit eat pizza for breakfast), traveling gives you the opportunity to step away from the daily grind. The new events and experiences help rewire your brain, hence boosting your mood and self-confidence. “I think people, in general, are not meant to be tied down to just one place their entire lives. I especially feel “trapped” when I have to stay in the same place for too much time, without being able to really move about and explore

4. It makes you mentally resilient. Going and living somewhere where you feel excited and intimidated at the same time can help you toughen up mentally and emotionally. “When I was younger, I couldn’t see myself traveling the world on my own. But now, I travel by myself most of the time. And I love it!

5.  It enhances creativity. It's important to note that traveling stimulates creativity only when you engage with the local culture of that place. Merely visiting a new city or a country isn't going to cut it.

Additionally, extended traveling also improves your productivity, problem-solving skills and can even increase your chances of getting promoted at work!
